The very same playdough recipe used in our toddler class!
3 cups flour
1 cup salt
3 Tbsp cream of tarter
3 Tbsp oil
2 cups boiling water with food coloring
Combine dry ingredients, then pour in oil. Slowly add boiling water, and stir it all together. Dough will look very sticky at first, but with continued stirring, and hand kneading once it’s cooled, it will become less sticky. Enjoy!
