Conversations with Carol

For parents and caregivers of children ages 0-5

Join Parent Consultant Carol Castanon for Conversations with Carol, attend them all or drop in when you can.

This time of family and sheltering is likely both joyful and rigorous. We'll look closely at what experiences are rough and where you find success and delight. Each conversation will highlight helpful perspectives on the practice of family.

Together we can explore:
Partnership and talking with children
Growing baby and young child
Tending, sleeping, and eating
Sustaining compassion
Stamina and self-care
Autonomy and cooperation
Limits and problem solving
Crying and big feelings
Helpers and mates
More than one child
One child
Working
Play

We encourage you to join by video to enhance personal connection. Classes are designed for adult discussion, and we recognize that children may or may not be present.
