Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Secure Beginnings partners with a network of specialized therapists who provide confidential therapy to parents and caregivers with children 0-5yrs. Our therapists are trained in early childhood development, secure attachment, early relationships, and postpartum mood adjustment disorders (PMADs). We believe in creating a safe and confidential place for you to be heard, to be taken seriously, and to be supported in your parenting journey.
The transition into parenthood, while joyful, is not always easy
In fact, having a baby may be the biggest transition you will ever go through. We are here to support families through the unique challenges of settling into life with a new baby.

What is the cost?
Due to the generosity of individuals and foundations, we are able to offer families the opportunity to speak with our licensed Marriage & Family therapist at no charge.
Our therapist will listen deeply to your story and needs, and make referrals tailored to your specific needs.
Our referral network offers professional, confidential counseling with a range of payment options including Medi-Cal, private insurance, and sliding scale private pay. Call us to inquire.
