Restorative Time

Restorative Time

For parents/caregivers of children ages 0-5

More than ever, parents are coping with multiple demands on their time, energy, and attention. You may be working hard to balance care of children, work, financial pressures, and anxieties due to concerns of these times. While it’s been said one cannot serve from an empty vessel, it can be hard for parents to find restorative time and space. Mindfulness practice can help to bring greater care and curiosity to your life. It can offer a way to reduce stress and to increase your quality of attention and sense of well-being. We invite you to find a quiet place to spend 30 minutes breathing and connecting with yourself and others. Sessions will include a brief guided mindfulness time, as well as time to share with and listen to other parents.

Come as often as you like. We encourage you to join by video to enhance connection.
